Windows installation freeze at "Starting Windows"

I just bought a new laptop without a OS (I bought it separate).
When I am installing Windows Home Premium 64 bit from the DVD, it gets past the "Loading files" screen, and the stops completely at "Starting Windows".

Do anyone got an solution to my annoying problem?

You might try copying the installation files from your installation disc to your hard drive, and run the setup.exe from there...
