Windows Starter Product Key Won't Work With Clean Home Premium Install

So I have an old Sony laptop, and it came with Win 7 Starter.

It got slow and bogged, so I installed Win 7 from scratch from instructions here, and when I went to enter the product key from the bottom of the laptop of course I got the "The product key you have entered will not work with this version of Win 7. You must either run Win 7 setup or enter a Win7 Home Premium product key."

The problem is I couldn't find a Win 7 Starter download anywhere...

    Thanks for any help/advice... :)

Make your own Universal Install DVD or USB flash that has Starter on it.

Everything including the installer is provided here to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Be sure to boot the new installer and during Steps 7 and 8 of Clean Install Windows 7 delete all partitions to create and Format New as you wish, or just click Next to let the installer do it for you.

       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

You can order Microsoft official OEM Recovery disks from your OEM manufacturer's website.

How to order Sony Recovery disks:
    1.Go to http://servicesales.sel.sony.com.
2.Enter your computer's model number (for example, PCV-XXXX), and click List Parts and accessories.
3.Follow the online instructions to order the Recovery Media Kit.
If you are not able to access the Sony Direct Accessories and Parts Center Web site, contact a customer service representative at 1-800-488-7669.

What I forgot to do was the iso fix. Now it's installing Win7 starter correctly.
Thanks again to everyone for the quick responses!
