    Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

    Does the HD show up now in BIOS setup? If not reinstall it, change the cable, or replace it.

    If so run the HD diagnostics linked.

    Can you see the HD in Diskpart if you run Step 2.2 of SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation ?

    I was finally able to select a drive and install windows after using the command prompt. Thanks to everybody for helping.
