You shouldn't have to install SATA drivers for Win7 as they are all in the installer. So the issue is likely still with your installer, and has been in every one of these cases I've seen.
Try writing a new ISO for your licensed version to flash stick, boot using the one-time BIOS Boot Menu key after setting HDD first to boot in BIOS setup. If it fails try defining an Active partition as shown in Step 2.2 of SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation |

I am running the above tool and at the end it said I have created the boot usd flash drive. When I goto the advanced options in the bios setup menu I see 3 options to place into position 1 for the boot up option. Not of the allow me to boot from the start up, no message like boot for USB, it just runs straight through. How do I boot from the flash usb? Am I missing something? Thanks |

Sometimes setting USB flash stick first to boot in BIOS setup will cause it to autostart the install again after the restarts required during install. To resolve this set HDD first to boot in BIOS setup, then trigger the flash sticking using one-time BIOS Boot order menu key given on first screen.
If that is not feasible unplug the flash stick during the installation reboots. |
