Problems with boot loaders with dual booting
Hi guys!!!
I have one disk partitioned like this:
- 100MB primary partition created bu Windows 7
- primary C: partition with Windows 7 installed on it
- primary partition as data storage
- primary extended partition for Linux Mint and on it:
a) logical partition for Linux installation
b) logical partition for swap space
First I installed Windows and it was OK, but I made problem with Linux installation when I selected C partition, with Windows on it, to install boot loader for Linux on it. When I finished Linux installation and rebooted in Grub boot loader I could see both operating systems. Linux worked fine, but when I select Windows nothing happen. Then I tried to repair Windows boot loader with Windows installation DVD, and when I finished that I couldn't see neither of systems. Then I started Linux from CD and managed to return previous state when I can see both systems but only Linux can be started.
Please, do you have some good ideas?
Thanks.
