Solved now....
==>>Performed Disk wiping with...UBCD...Stopped at 1 Percent only... coz it said 3 hours..
later .i tried installing 8 with usb.....it worked...Fine...

Can you point to one step which you actually followed, of all the help we tried to give you? It might help others who want to cooperate.

You said in your video that you can't use a disk, even though you'd reported using a "Genuine HP disk" and UCBD in the thread. But it is hard to help when replies are made with sentence fragments ignoring all of the steps given.
