How to reset computer(or something)

I want to get my computer to the state how i got it from the shop(preinstalled)
i have the utilities disc and the 25 digit code for the windows but how do i do it?

Win 7 Ult SP1/Win 10 Pro (all x64)

I would imagine you would boot using that disc as you probably have a hidden recovery partition on the drive somewhere. See this Tutorial: System Recovery Options

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.
