    Can't download Win 7 files


    Hi there,

    I don't if anyone is having the same problem as me, but I can't seem to download Windows 7 via Digital River. The "resume" button just sits there, and nothing downloads.

    I'm getting the 64-bit version of Win 7 Home Premium through the Canadian student discount.

    Any solutions would be greatly appreciated!

    I think the solution is go to bed and try again in the morning. There have been some comments about problems with the Digital River downloads.

I'm not sure how long the problem has been since I typically use Chrome. Decided to upgrade to IE11 (from 10) and couldn't download the .exe file. Gave a message that download couldn't complete. Sure enough I couldn't download any files using IE while they dl'd fine in Chrome. Other Win 7...
I suddenly am unable to download anything with windows 7 and IE11. This just started. I can download using Foxfire however. Any suggestions? I have tried disabling pop up blocker with no luck.

I can't download files from any browser. It says the download is complete but I can't open it or it doesn't show up in my computer. Even if I just save a picture since saving a picture is considered downloading a file. I can't even say "Allow" when Internet Explorer wants to install Adobe Flash...
