From what you have said in your posts, looks to me your image is Legacy mode only.
From what you have said in your posts, looks to me your image is Legacy mode only.
But the BIOS shows UEFI in the DVD option and i have build the USB from the same iso image.
You could try using the built in Windows 7 Disc Image Writer.
How to Burn Bootable ISO Image Files to DVD+R DL | eHow
I've tried and didn't work either.
Then I tried sometinhg:
- My iso was made bootable with dual mode, normal install & UEFI install;
- I created a iso just with UEFI boot and it worked. I went do BIOS select the UEFI DVD option and it boots with UEFI;
- When the DVD DL is created with the dual boot only boots in normal mode
Any sugestions ?
Why exactly do you need DL DVD?
Try UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows
I had already explainited in my posts.
Looking back at post #1 the OP seems to have a "8.3 GB Installation".
Why do you have a 8.3Gb installation, normal Win 7 install fits on 1 single layer DVD.
You may be the pioneer in what you are trying to do with your configuration for installation and burning!
Keep trying settings "tweaks" to see if you can find a solution for what you want to do.
