    Broken 1st image DVD Windows7 image.I have original genuine license?


    Hi,
    When i bought my notebook a have made system image, but i broke my first DVD(they are 5) so i can't read it and i can't make the restore. On the notebook i have license key. Can i download another windows 7 and use my license key?

    Yes, you could download a Windows 7 ISO for you edition, and use it to create a bootable DVD/USB to install and activate with your COA product key. The tutorial below can help guide you through it.

    Actually i used my hidden recovery partition, where was my image of windows 7.

    That's an inferior install of Win7, larded with bloatware and duplicate utilties which interfere with better versions built into Win7. You'd get a much better install doing the suggested Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

    If not you can regain some of Win7's native performance using Clean Up Factory Bloatware but you'll never experience true Win7 performance until you Clean Reinstall.
