Windows can't be installed on a GPT HDD

The problem started today. I bought the Western Digital Red edition 3TB SATA 6gb/s, and then I went to install my Windows on it. It seemed fine, worked fine, but when I went to My Computer, it said 1.98TB free of 1,99TB, while my HDD is 3TB.

Tried many things such as re-formatting my HDD and converting it to GPT (success), re-creating my USB Flash Drive with Windows for UEFI PCs, and this

The actual problem is that, when I convert my HDD to GPT, I can't install windows on it. It says "Windows can't be installed on Drive 0 partition #", and I can't click next. If I click "delete" it will partition my HDD in 2 - one of 2TB and other with the remaining GBs.

And, is there a way to put my HDD as UEFI in my BIOS? Because I didn't find a way to do so.

EDIT: also tried Rufus to put my Flash Drive as GPT and didn't work neither (it isn't booting).

Are you booting the DVD/USB in UEFI mode?

    Try partitioning first.

    To clean install:
    1) Clean the HD Drive, using Step one in this tutorial:
SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation
    Diskpart
    Select disk 0
    Clean
    Convert gpt
    Create partition efi size=200
    Assign letter=s
    Format quick fs=FAT32
    Create partition msr size=128
    Create partition primary
    Assign letter=c
    Format quick fs=NTFS
    Exit

Also tried it, didn't work neither. But I think it's a problem with my Windows .ISO - I have the ALL IN ONE one.

You may like to get a DVD & license key from a good source like:
Windows Download and Shop - Microsoft Windows
That way you will have a DVDx64 with uEFI support.

Where do you buy your DVD from?

I didn't buy from anywhere - I downloaded it. But after downloading a new version of it solved the problem.
