Get him to Install Start8 - he wont notice the difference between W7 and W8 then

Start8 Start menu for Windows 8. Bring the Windows 8 Start menu back.

No one is in a bad mood

I'm just making a suggestion that worked very well for me - I recently installed W8, didn't like the Metro interface, so installed Start8. Now it looks and behaves like W7. No difference between the two.

    Give it a try.

    Try quoting posts using
...the quoted text here...
so we know whom/what you are referring it so it avoids any confusion.

The images you provided are of the Toshiba bloatware vs. a clean install without all of that unneeded crapware. Why are you concerned about reinstalling some of it? Are you missing important programs that you need? That should be your only concern, that you have the programs that you need and rely upon.

This is not the same as drivers. Drivers are provided during the install, and afterwards via Windows Update when you enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3). Do that now if you haven't already. I've only mentioned it three times.

Go to your All Programs list and open Windows Update now, Check for Updates, install all Important and Optional Updates (except Bing, which you can rightclick to Hide Update). After reboot, Check for Updates again until there are no more.

Finally type Device Manager into Start Search box, post back a screenshot showing any devices without drivers. If there are none, then you are done.

Please do these steps now so I don't have to repeat them again for the fourth time.
