Go here Drivers & Software Support | Toshiba find your computer by using their search function, grab the driver for your LAN (ethernet) and put it on a USB thumb drive or someplace outside the computer. After you install fresh windows, install the LAN driver so that you can connect your computer to the internet once you reinstall, you can grab whatever else you need once you're online.

Well joseph am catching up a bit here as Greg mentioned in the post after this have you looked at that option because I have used it and the drivers are loaded with Windows.

As for the slow loading of the security which I think you are alluding to you do have a slowish CPU and machine here anyway mate and yes the security stuff is always going to slow things down a tad.

The ISO issue are you using that machine to download it or another one?

If you would have read Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 it says clearly to have your Wireless driver in your backup so you can install it if it isn't provided during install.

I've now asked you three times to read the tutorial and follow it to get a perfect install. Do you want some other kind of install?

You'll also increase the chances of Win7 providing a network driver if you plug in by wire and enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3) to see if it autoloads the driver now in the bottom right System Tray.

Once you connect via either Ethernet or loading the Wireless driver you've downloaded from the PC model's Support DOwnloads webpage, enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3) and run all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates. After each requested reboot, go back to Check for Updates until there are no more.

Then check Device Manager to see which devices still lack drivers, import them from the same webpage or ask back for help to find them.

Glad it is working now. Did you enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3)
and Check for Windows Updates? Do that now. Keep installing all the UPdates it offers under both Important and Optional until there are no more offered.
