Put the SSD on the top most brown port, your most important HDD on the brown one underneath it. The DVD drive has no benefit being on a SATA 6GBs port, move the other drive up one port.

The brown ports (and black 3GBs) are controlled by the Intel Z77 chipset while the white ones are ASmedia controlled.

The Intel ssd has always been on port 1 :) I`ll move the dvd drive to another port later, I wasn`t concerned about that. I will hook the OCZ to port 2.

By the way Gary, I phoned Thermaltake the other day because I knew I`d be battling with the 2.0 Extreme again, he sent me an email with the 3.0 Extreme software attached, he said that`s what they`re attempting to use to fix the problem. It installed Ok but it won`t control the fan speed, FAIL !!!!

I emailed back saying Nope sorry, Try again

But you really don`t even need the software.

I have emailed them twice on their non working and non installing software and have no response at all from them. Plus they have decided to try and cheat me out of a $25 rebate.

I'd like to be able to hook the fans up and just use them. The USB must be connected or the things run full speed all the time. It's a PITA to waste a USB header for something that's completely useless. It's a bigger PITA trying to submit a ticket with them too, you have to fill in so much info then get nothing but BS from them.
