Really getting me angry.. cant boot up.

Okay so I bought the 30 dollar copy of professional 64 bitfrom Digital River. I was originally using windows vista 64 bit premium. I was told I can buy this and burn the ISO image so that I can perform a clean install and have professional.

Okay so no errors while installing until the last step. I let it restart for the last time and i get a black screen with nothing on it.. i can see my cursor but thats it. Or I get the occasional error saying i have to restart.

I can't go in safe mode, can't go on vista, my computer is wiped. what do i do?

I tried taking out the disc and then putting it back in. Would you like to talk to me on skype? I'll set up my video so you can see what exactly is going on.

Remove anything attached to video card besides primary monitor, while computer is off. Boot it up.

    Otherwise, can you ctrl-alt-del?

    How about Windows Key+P?

Please fill in your system specs if you need further help. They're necessary.

First thing that jumps out at me is your ram. Many people have had success installing by removing all ram except little as possible and then putting it back after Windows install is complete.
