Windows can't detect/find HD

Tried to install burned image of win 7 after I had problems with the computer.
After hundreds of errors and countless DSKCHKs I got to this point.
First of all I had this error:
People talled me to run format through the DISKPART. And I did. After that very format I tried to reinstall again win 7 and I get to the select where\what partition to install win7 to and the list is empty...

I can't access the OS because I simply formatted every drive and now I can't install OS because win 7 can't find them. BTW: if I do LIST DISK it says that there no fixed hard drives.

And just now I tried to install win xp pro, I get to the format partition phase and it says:
"Setup was unable...... The disk may be damaged.
You must select a different partition." (Which I don't have another partition)
The xp disc is completely perfect I installed on several computers many times.

Last note: you guys are my last hope before consulting a payment required service..

Thanks in advanced, Robert. EDIT: hard drive info: IBM total storage 39m4557 500gb 7.2k rpm 3gb Sata seagate.
MB: tseries tp43d2-a7 biostar.
I tried to download and boot drivers through the load drivers option but to no evvay.. Maybe the HD drivers were wrong cuz I'm not sure of those drivers

Driver error only means you have a bad installer. Try again with the latest official installer for your licensed version from STeps 1 and 2 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
Those steps will also assure you get and keep a perfect install.

Plug in only one HD, see that it is detected in BIOS setup by tapping the key for that given on first boot screen. If not, change the port or cable, try another HD until you get one detected in BIOS setup. Reset BIOS to defaults if necessary.

Then boot the new installer, report back any verbatim error or at what step in Clean Install Windows 7 it fails and how.

Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit

I'm gonna add something to what Greg mentioned and that is to clear the
Bios and reset it to defaults take the battery out for a few seconds. If it doesn't get detected then you also probably have a bad drive or mb slot possibly
