OH WOW, just noticed that, only thing is I have no idea how to physically attach it, what should I look for? where is it usually located in desktop??? Also Is there free software to check if my computer has all up to date drivers and lets me know the exact filename of drivers to get? That would help alot, Im a Newbie at this and not really sure what I'm doing..

Run Device Manager. What is in branch "other devices"? What devices have a missing driver, or faulty driver?

Click on that link. Click "Support & Tools", click your OS. Click "Audio"... only AUDIO drivers on manufacturer site.

Thanks Kaktussoft! I appreciate your help. But shouldn't I be worried about not installing motherboard software? I thought that was pretty important, or did maybe the windows installation do that automatically? Do you think you can help me out with the Display Drivers, I'm finding the video output to be quite shabby or low quality compared to my other computer is it just that I have a really bad Video card?

If you don't answer post #10 and #12 I know nothing.

A motherboard is just a bunch of components. All those components need drivers, but most drivers are installed automagically during win7 install.

For the display driver issue: Open "device manager". Expand branch "display adapters". What driver has ben installed?

Always put your network driver in your backup so if it isn't provided by the Win7 installer you can install it to get online, then first enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3)
and run all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates, with requested reboots, checking back for more Updates until there are no more.

This should provide most drivers as well as important patches that WIn7 needs for performance and security. Any drivers still missing in Device Manager after this can be found on the device model's Support Downloads webpage.

Any drivers missing after that can be traced using Hardware Identification. Never use a driver finder program as most make errors which can ruin your install. The exception is if no other method finds a driver, Driver Max can be installed for its one free download and install per day as it is rarely wrong. But I would not import any drivers already provided by Windows or the device Manager unless it is a placeholder driver like Standard VGA display driver, or is causing issues.
