You need to buy a Genuine Microsoft Windows 7 DVD & Product key for your custom PC.

The installation media provided with an OEM computer is valid only on the computer it came with. It cannot be legally used on a different PC, even if the original is no longer in service. This special OEM version of Windows allows the OEM to provide the OS at a reasonable price.

I had a question relating to this issue I got 3 recovery disks from Lenovo, one to start the recovery process, one with the bloatware and software Lenovo provides and the last one is for Windows 7 Home Premium, will disc 3 work in another computer as long as that computer has its own Windows 7 Home Premium product key thanks for the info

Really, just download the iso from the link Derek gave you and make a universal disc or 2, then you have em.

OK, maybe it`s just me, what exactly are you trying to do and what needs to be fixed ?

Have you downloaded the Windows 7 iso file ?

Have you burned the file to a dvd yet ?

As has been suggested many times.
