I saw a couple on ebay. They looked to be sealed. I definitely don't want a counterfeit OS.

Please, please, please don't get them from fleabay. That's the most popular place to sell counterfeits. Sealed doesn't mean a thing. Anyone can make their own security stickers and heat seal boxes.

Thanks for the heads up. On an OEM version that I install myself. Will it say OEM somewhere on the computer, like when you right click on Computer and click on Properties?

Yes, it will have "OEM" in the Product ID visible in System Properties.

Havoc, remember this, you are buying a key when you get oem, yes you get a disc too, but that`s not so important, you can always make your own install dvd. The key has to be legitimate and work.

Here's one at Newegg Havoc. I think it's about the release price even. Microsoft Windows 7 Professional - Newegg.com

Upgrade version, nearly the same as retail. http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listi...&condition=all

Thanks Britton. Newegg was out of stock for a while.

    Just ordered it.

At that price it would be tempting to buy the OEM for $135/Pro at Tiger Direct instead.
