Here is the BBB rating on them. However, I suggest reading some of the actual complaints; they demonstrate a disturbing trend even though most were supposedly resolved.

I was able to buy Windows 7 Professional full retail version from Newegg as soon as it was available. Looks like they are out of stock again.

Good to hear! With Newegg they may or may not be out, It seems they withhold items then raise some prices.

I got a message from them a couple weeks ago (last days of 2012) that they were doing inventory and shipping items would be delayed a couple days. Guess they found some copies of W7 in some dark corner.
