I can't install windows 7 64 bit on my PC

    I can't install windows 7 64 bit on my PC


    Hi everyone
    I've big problem.I try install windows 7 x64 (msdn version), but this doesn't work.
    Screen show me PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.
    I haven't problem with 32 bit version, 32 bit always works.
    I try many version w7, but but neither version doesn't work.
    I attempt to disconnect external devices, i tested memory and hdd.
    My specs:
    CPU AMD Athlon ii x2 250
    MOBO asus m5a78l-m lx3
    4 gb ram ddr3 kingston
    hdd 250 gb seagate baracuda
    PSU ocz 500w
    GPU hd 6770 asus

    Why not stay with the 32 bit version since you only have 4GB of ram.

    I concur. 32 bit seems to run a bit better on 4gb or less RAM.

    Where did you get this copy of Windows as it is a Microsoft Developers Network one & requires a licence subscription.
    Are you a MS Developer?. If not & you bought it on the internet it is probably an illegal one.

    I have original product, but i wanted try other version.
    I lost hope for x64 system

    I have a laptop with Win 7 64 bit and a desktop with Win 7 32 bit. I can't tell a bit of difference between the two. You are not going to see any difference that you will notice. I would advise you get the 32 bit going again since it sounds like you are using the MSDN version illegally.
