More frustrations with the Student Download files...

So for the third time, I downloaded the three files from Digital River. And every time I click on the executable (even when I click on "run as administrator"), I get the same thing:

I've tried multiple computers and even tried making a .ISO that other people tried. But the problem is, not only does the expandedSetup folder not appear for me, I can't ever permanently uncheck the "read-only" box on the setup.box files. If they're filled in, and I uncheck them, they'll be filled in again when I do the right click+properties routine.

I ordered the backup DVD as well. Should I just hope that at least works for me? Or will Digital River put up new downloads?

If you check your email...I believe DR is providing refunds and the DVDs

It has been a mess...you are not the only one
