You think that it is not activating because it is English while the licensed version is Japanese? This is why you want to obtain an Japanese Home Premium ISO, correct?.

The Sticker on the laptop is windows 7 Home Premium. I says naff-all about if its English or Japnaese. But it is for the Japanese version.

I didn`t say that. I am prety sure I said that I cannot get the Japanese anytime Upgrade key to work on the English Version of Windows Home Premium either.
