Ran a memory test and didn't find anything, Windows updates are downloading right now, after a crash. I didn't see the error code, I was out of the room.

greg will tell you that a good run of Memtest86+ will take overnight, usually 6-12 hours, follow his advice, get some sleep and you'll be back at it tomorrow with a fresh mind and probably spot something you missed earlier.

Make sure you have completed every step given so far exactly as specified, reporting back on each. In previous cases like this the solution has already been suggested but skipped over. What's required is utter thoroughness. If you have questions about completing a step, ask back. We wonder when a dozens steps are given but nothing is asked back..

Then there will be more steps depending upon what you find.

Follow the steps in the tutorial to isolate the bad stick or slot. It could be either. Then remove it and try install again.

I only have one stick. I guess I should get with Newegg and have them replace?

Check with New Egg if they still offer return ability, otherwise it will be the manufacturer for the first year. Call their Tech Support to RMA it. They may have you test it under their supervision to verify its condition. I always buy Kingston because they warranty their RAM for life and have the best support.. Not all do.

Download this file to your desktop then run it by right-clicking on it and choosing 'Run as Administrator'. It creates a ZIP file on your desktop. Upload that here in your next reply and I'll run the .dmp BSOD files through WinDBG to try and isolate the cause of the problems.

Try Disk Check on both drives and post back the results.

Well, since I had two memory sticks in my rig, I took one from there and put it in my friends rig and I haven't had an issue out of it yet. Thanks to all who gave me advice, I really appreciate all the help everyone has put forth. You guys saved my life. :)
