    How do i install Resource Editor 32 bit ?


    Hello...

    I am new in this form , and i like this form

    I have a problem with ( Resource Editor 32 bit ), because when i downloaded from internet , the (Setup) file doesn't with it , and when i use it , the message appear and written ( Not Responding ) , so how do i install it correctly.

    Note it says: You will need the Windows® Platform SDK to develop with ResEdit.

    now i have ( Windows (r) Platform SDK ), but the Setup require ( Win SDK/Win SDK_x86.msi ) and it is missing, how do i get it ?
