    How to install Windows 7 over Linux OS


    Hi ppl,

    I get new Acer Aspire laptop with preinstalled Linux Linpus Lith OS. I never used Linux so I just put Windows 7 Home Basic 64bit OEM DVD that I bougt with laptop. Windows loaded files but than froze. I was googling and traing for 3 days (and nights) to slove this isue but unsucessfully. I used Gpart to format hdd, change file format to ntfs, but still same problem. Do anyone has a clue what shud I do.

    I would also post on a Linux forum how to add Windows to an existing Linux install. They are used to having Windows around on most machines. Not as many Windows users do Linux. But you should be able to find a HowTo or other guide Adding Windows Seven when Linux is already installed.
