Finalize installation of Windows 7 on Dell n4110 laptop problems

I wiped and installed win 7 on this pc using OEM 64 bit SP 1 install disk. I had saved all of the pc drivers using a free download program named DriverMax to a flask drive. I tried using this program to reinstall my drivers and couldn't because it was not archived with the program. There is no link for the flash drive to this program. Does anyone have any suggestions or help on what to do next? Is there anywhere else I can get all the drivers to install back on this pc? Thanks for any help that you can provide.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Try this, it will do some of them but not all; Product Selection | Dell US

Also can i suggest you have a look at the driver topic, where this should have been posted - Drivers - Windows 7 Help Forums

Read the red text in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to understand better how drivers are handled in Win7. In fact you will benefit from all of the tools and methods given which compile what's worked best in tens of thousands of installs we've helped with here.

Put your network LAN driver in the backup so if its not provided during install you can install it to get online, enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3) and then run all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates, with reboots, until no more are offered. There should only be a few drivers left which you import from the PC or device maker's SUpport Downloads webpage.

Driver programs are rarely needed. I use Driver Max in the rare case where an odd driver cannot otherwise be found on its SUpport site, by googling, or using Hardware Identification or Device Manager - Finding Unknown Devices - Windows 7 Help Forums
