They most likely don't have a Windows 7 version of them available then.

If you look at the link with Vista selected, are they available? If so, you could try installing them in compatibility mode to see if they may work.

Those drivers are almost always delivered by Windows Update which is the way most drivers not in the Win7 disk are supplied.

Have you enabled Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3)
and then Check for Updates to see what is queued in Important and Optional?

Once these are all installed (except the Bingware) post back which drivers are still missing in Device Manager, with a yellow ! on the device listing.

I've always seen the webcam and face recognition drivers come in via Updates. However this only allows your webcam to function using your messenger, etc., as the actual software where you can see yourself and adjust settings is normally separately downloaded. Often it can be found by a search, or isn't really needed. Did you install the package here? http://www.toshiba.co.uk/innovation/...verLanguage=42

Your DVD drive should play anyway, but you can replace the Toshiba disk player with Windows Media Player or Center which should already be set by default. Put in a DVD now and see what happens. It may need to be set as Default in Control Panel>Default Programs.

There is a 2011 BIOS update that "adds increased functionality for your System" which may include 64-bit support that was then becoming prevalent: http://www.toshiba.co.uk/innovation/...verLanguage=42 Follow the steps closely to avoid interrupting the BIOS update as it can be risky if there is a power failure or you dont' do any specified follow up steps correctly. If in doubt ask back for our help before proceeding.

Try uninstalling the cam software and driver in Control Panel>Programs and Features and Device Manager.

Then run Check for Updates again to see what driver WIn7 wants.

If none install the driver alone from the Toshiba link. If it fails or cam will not function with your messenger, Facebook or whatever else you use it for, then try installing it per Shawn's suggestion in Compatibility Mode.

If that fails post back the make and model of the cam, google it for Windows 7 driver. You can also sometimes find how to reinstall its software by asking Google for "Windows 7 cam software on Toshiba [model number]"

Here's what is said about the 80070103 error in Windows Update. Basically, it means you are trying to install a driver already installed. Restart the computer and check Windows Update again to see what's available afterwards. :)
