Layback Bear was not referring to links.

He was referring to your personal hardware:

Are you using a CD burner?

    Or a DVD burner?

    Are you using CDs?

    Or DVDs?

I think you should follow post #266 now, for which you burned the ISO.

Yes, if F12 is the boot menu key there.

Ok . Now I have my USB drive in . I rebooted to USB drive and have begun the installation , but now a box had appeared that says " the computer started using the windows installation disk . Remove the installation disk and restart your computer so that windows starts normally . Then insert the installation disk and restart the upgrade . Do not select custom advanced to perform upgrade . Costing advanced installs new copy of windows and deleted your profs. And settings ". What should I do now ... Should I click close and try and restart ( remembering that restart and shutdown haven't been working ) . Do I take out the USB drive ??? What is my next move ....

You just can`t catch a break can you ?

In order to start the install you have to boot from the usb drive.

You will have to re start the pc, why is that a problem ?
