According to Google the MultiMedia driver is a TV tuner and Missing ACPI\TOS6205 Driver - TOSHIBA FORUMS is the Bluetooth driver. You can find them on the Toshiba SUpport Downloads webpage for your model.

There is something very strange about you having Dell System Detect on your PC. Where do you see it exactly? If it is in the Control Panel then click on it to Uninstall. Otherwise look in Chrome Add-Ons to see if it's there to remove it.

What happens when you System Restore all the way back first?

There is something you are doing that is causing the Shutdown issue. Do you know what it is? You said it started after installing the Toshiba bloatware. Which?

If you have no Dell then there would be no Dell drivers imported. Anything imported should first come from Windows Updates until they are all completed, then from the Toshiba Downloads page. Did you install any Dell drivers or software?

Check your Device Manager under every listing to see. Then check your Control Panel Programs and Features list again for Dell.

I connected several days ago and it was running perfectly. I saw no Dell software. Where do you see Dell listed exactly? Screenshot?

What about the missing drivers and System Restore?

Would you like for me to connect again around noon EST?

hey there... i did something but i dont know what.... started messing with msconfig earlier...it seems to be shutting down now ! i also just finished going into task manager , ending the dell system select process. then installed ccleaner and it seems to have gone now. i just opened task manager again and its not showing. i downloaded the bluetooth driver, so one yellow triangle has gone from the device manager. only one showing now... i think that maybe tv tuner driver ?

Try that driver from Toshiba. You can google the first string of numbers from Hardware ID to see the driver required.

What did you deselect in msconfig that caused it to Shutdown properly?
