When you partition the drive during setup a message box informs you it will create a 200mb partition for these reasons

Hi Pooch,

I meant the Recovery environment itself - the bit you burn to a cd using recdisk.exe

Ok maybe I am just being thick, but boot.sdi is in System 32. The Recovery Folder is also in System 32. The only thing in Recovery is ReAgent.xml.
recdisk.exe doesn't exist

Recdisk is still there, type "Create a System Repair Disc" into the start-menu searchbox and it shows up

Its also found at %systemroot%\system32\recdisc.exe
