Let us know how the reinstall goes. Be sure to delete all partitions during install to create and format your install and data partitions.

Then install only to the first partition ignoring the small boot partition created at front of drive.

You will get and keep a perfect install to the exact extent you follow the tutorial Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
