    Can you add it with EasyBCD now? It may boot with a drive letter.

    Yes there are E- Mail notification but i just happened to be browsing "Sevenforum" at the same time you posted the new reply :).

    I think i found why "EsyBCD" method is not working. "EasyBCD" is still not fully compatible with UEFI and by default it will assume and add each entry as legacy MBR compatible. The line to boot "WinRE.WIM" as added by "EasyBCD" looks like this :

    Code:
    identifier              {4eba8313-1823-11e2-b5a7-446d5757964c}
    device                  ramdisk=[H:]\Recovery\WindowsRE\winre.wim,{4eba8312-1823-11e2-b5a7-446d5757964c}
    path                    \Windows\System32\Boot\winload.exe

    The path should be \Windows\system32\winload.efi in a UEFI based system - not winload.exe. To correct this we either need to use another tool or use the manual way.

    Let us try using "VisualBCD". Please download and install it from Visual BCD Editor - Windows 7|Vista

    Open the tool and select the second entry to boot the "WinRE.wim". You will see a screen similar like this :

    Now edit the path \Windows\System32\Boot\winload.exe and set it to \Windows\system32\winload.efi and save the changes. Now reboot the system and try booting from the new entry.
