    ASUS U35JC black sceen after clean install.


    Hello windows users,

    I got my laptop ASUS U35JC back from repair station and everything ran smoothly for couple of days until I decided to do format and install windows 8 pro.

    First problem:
    Installed windows(custom install), everything started, after 5 minutes computer crashed and aince then I get black screen every time I start the computer. Black screen appears after first logo.

    Have tryed to install windows 8 for 5 times, ecery time same problem. (Crashes while updateing etc.)

    Second problem:
    Installed back to my old win 7 home premium and again same problem. Takes a bit longer but after installing updates I get black screen(after windows logo). Now I readed somewhere that I should use clean all command. I started it 20 hours ago and its still running, hdd light is not on but white line under clean all command is blinking. How long time does it take?.480gb hdd

    Can it be old bios, should I update it? What version do I currently have? How to update it?

    It happened once after security updates and once after nvidia update.

    Really tired of this ....
