Windows 7 32 and 64 on separate drives

I'd like to migrate from 32bit to 64bit, but don't need to do it all at once. I'm not in a hurry. So, I plan on installing Windows 64 on a separate drive.

I know I'll have to reinstall all my applications in the 64 environment. My question is, will I be able to access and use the data drive (separate SSD) I use for 32 bit with the 64 Windows?
