Tried to install Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, but it pops up an error!

I tried to install Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 after I formatted my HDD, but it pops up an error when "Expanding Windows File (36%)" and I get this message:

Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070570
I install it via USB and in .iso format and I download it from Microsoft directly. Help me please!

Confirm you downloaded completely the correct ISO for your licensed version and wrote it to flash stick with Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool.

Then boot the installation stick to delete all partitions during install, create and format new partition(s) to install, ignoring the small boot partition it will create.
