    Product Key Help

Hi, I am currently using Windows 7 after downloading it via Digital River and converting to an ISO. My product key worked on one I burnt myself. Because my explorer kept on crashing I through Id use the orginial backup disk that I ordered from Digital River, when I got onto the product key part, I entered it 3 or 4 times but it always come up product key not reconised (or something like that). So I had to reinstall the one I burnt myself and the key worked for that one. Does anyone know why this has happened? Thank you for your time:)

A Professional Product key will NOT WORK ON A HOME PREIMUM DVD.

Sounds like Digital River sent you a bad DVD.

Contact them, explain the problem, ask them to send you a new DVD. Make sure you tell them the exact version that you have.
Type 'winver' in the start button search box, hit enter. This will show you the exact version you have installed.

    Try the 32 bit DVD.
