One thing I see is 1 GB is hardware reserved, most likely to the video card, not a bad thing.
You have 1789 MB available, open up a bunch of programs and see what it reads.

The numbers look very good. It appears that memory usage is not an issue for your current workload.
On a 32 bit OS it would be unusual for "Hardware reserved" to be much less than about .75 GB. But that will increase if system memory is shared with the video system. This is common with laptops.
