Stuck in a reboot loop after blue screen, trying to reinstall w7

What a mess...I feel like a complete idiot because i didn't save a backup outside my boot drive
So my computer suddenly started performing very slowly in every aspect. I go to task manager to see what's up. I click on processes and It has several instances of iexplorer.exe running using A LOT of resources. I then download hitmanpro to get rid of it. I run the scan, and it tells me what's on the computer that's bad(several trojans, some ransomware). So when the scan is finished i tell hitmanpro to delete it, then it says "preparing malicious software for removal, searching for repair file for (something in system32 that was a .dll, can't remember the exact name) Then it blue screens on me, and now it only boots up to gateway recovery service. I tell it to reinstall windows and keep my files on a backup. Now when i boot it up it says

"Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation."
Now i'm stuck in this loop. I cannot afford to lose my files

I apologize if this is not enough information,I am not the most tech savvy person. Let me know if you need any other info.

Try using these methods to rescue your data.

    Download Recuva 1.51.1063 - FileHippo.com

Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

And you can search your drive using Linux Mint from a flash drive.

You'd want to do the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
deleting all partitions during the booted install with installer provided in Steps 1 and 2.

To rescue your file to quarantine (to be scanned by your AV and Malwarebytes) use your booted Win7 installation media following the Copy and Paste tutorial Brian linked for you above. You can also use Paragon Rescue Kit Free Edition 11.0 Free CD.
