Windows XP and 7 Dual Boot, No BootLoader?

Hello. I had Windows 7 Home Premium on the C:/ Drive. Then I installed XP Pro. From there everything was perfect for me. Then all of a sudden I found my Windows 7 Ultimate CD. Used it and did a clean install. Now, Windows XP is simply a drive. Why? Well when I try to go into XP, it skips right to Windows 7. I have also tried using EasyBCD. The drive it automaticly selected was C:/NTLDR. I am so confused! Here is the BOOT.ini file.

NTLDR is on the Windows 7 drive FYI.
    Thanks, CoreyTech

Are you sure you installed WIn7 on its partition and not XP partition?

    Okay, here it is.

Windows 7 is C: and XP is D:

Install EasyBCD to add XP, but this time don't let it select the drive letter automatically but provide D in the dropdown.

If that doesn't work convert D to Primary partition: How to set partition as Primary or Logical with Partition Wizard

    Then try again.
