Windows will not boot after clean install

so today i did a clean install of Windows on my laptop and all of a sudden after downloading and installing my drivers and programs windows starts going extremly slow causing me to force a shut down and when i re-booted it gave me the usual safe mode options and start windows normally and started windows normally and then i coauld not get past the starting windows until i get the blue screen and then it automatically tries lainching startup repair and couldn't even get in that as the screen stayed black until it finally got a windows screen and just froze and wouldn't do anything and then i had a bootable flash drive and tried to re-install Windows and it got on setup is starting and also had a bootable disk and that didn't work either what else can i do to get my computer working i ordered recovery disks, but i don't know if they are going to work as i am having these problems i did try running a memory test and it didn't show any problems what can i do to get it fixed thanks

Can you try that again with some punctuation, periods, sentences, capitalization, paragraphs, etc?

I have an update my computer finally launched startup repairs and it said it wouldn't be able to repair Windows, thankfully I had a disc, but the disc was for the wrong edition so I went to create a bootable flash drive for my edition and it works if I encounter anymore issues I will come back and report them
