Re installed windows 7 but now no Networking Hardware! Please Help!!

Hello everyone!
Ok so i re installed windows 7 Home Premium x64 on my Packard Bell EasyNote Tk87. My problem now is i cannot connect to the internet, when i go to networking and sharing it says 'Windows did not detect any networking hardware'. If i go into device manager I have yellow exclamations over CD-ROM Drive and Memory Module. When i click on 'show hidden devices' at the top of the page it brings up Network Adapters and there are 8
WAN Miniport options each with a different thing in brackets after them which are (IKEv2), (IP), (IPv6), (L2TP), (Networking monitor), (PPPOE), (PPTP) and (SSTP). They all seem to be working properly so i'm sure there must be something missing or incorrect.
Also the grapics seem very basic not like the normal HD snazzy graphics and layout it had before.

Please can someone help me or point me in the direction of the correct driver downloads i need that i can download to an external hard drive so i can put them on to the laptop. I would be eternally grateful

Thanks for reading x

As it says in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 you should have your network adapter driver in backup so that if it isn't provided during install you can install it to get online and run all rounds of Windows Updates. You'd have been able to check in Device Manager for the make/model of your wireless adapter if you'd prepared properly from teh tutorial.

Go to the PC maker's Support Downloads webpage to download the wireless driver for your adapter. The page is here: Support Download

If you don't know which of the three listed wireless devices is yours, you can try installing all three until one installs, or you can trace the device's Hardware Identification for wireless LAN adapter to determine this.

There are so many possible pitfalls in such an install I suggest you stick with the steps, tools and methods in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to assure a perfect install for as long as you do. It compliles everything that works best in tens of thousands of these installs we've helped with here.
