Try install again. Does it boot as UEFI device? Error?

If it fails trying either UEFI or Legacy boot then test the HD again as it is suspect. You may ask Arc for help in Seatools tutorial to be certain.
Did you test with the Seagate tools?

Check the HD connection. Enter BIOS setup to see if HD. Is detected anywhere under Storage or Boot order. Reset BIOS to defaults.

If so can you interrupt using BIOS Boot Menu key aggressively?

If installer is good it should auto start on wiped HD so wipe HD in another PC first.

Continue with the tutorial steps to try everything wipe commands and including fresh media.

Unless it`s a laptop, you don`t have to turn on Wi-Fi, you just have to install the driver and connect to a wireless network.

You can`t switch it, you have to install the correct version, the same version you have a key for.

Your key is most likely for Home Premium, correct ?
