Secure Download Manager said object already exists

I am trying to install secure download manager but it says object already exists. I have run CCleaner, Mircosoft fix it and it still said the same thing. I did remember that I I downloaded it last year but this year I caught a computer is virus this and had to get a new hard drive. I went though the folder from my old user profile to delete all of the old files I know I do no need anymore and I still have this issue. I do have who I take this computer to if needed but I want to find some solutions myself.

What exactly is this "Secure Download Manager?" It sounds suspicious like the wrapper freeware tries to get one to install so it can load you up with spyware. Can you provide a link to the download page?

It a program that Dreamspark offers that open sdx. files that allow students to use professional Microsoft products at no cost. I had used it to get programs needed for my classes for over two years with no issues before I got the virus. Here is a link to it: Downloads | Fayetteville Technical Community College - Information Technology - DreamSpark Premium | Academic Software Discounts.

Work through the Troubleshooting Steps below. You will learn a lot about your PC and probably find the problem, or get a perfect reinstall.
