None if those work at all... All my computer does is loop endlessly back to this screen, and when I try clicking any options on the system/startup repair, none of them work at all.. I just can't get passed this screen, also, I can't start windows on Safe mode nor can I start windows normally. Is there a way that I can just do a clean re-install? I don't need anything I just want my machine fixed (sorry if I sound whiny)

       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

You can order Microsoft official OEM Recovery disks from your OEM manufacturer's website.

Work through the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot

Try System Recovery Options from the Win7 DVD provided not the onboard System Recovery Options which might be corrupted.

Do you have Windows Installation disc?
If not download from Digitalriver links.(choose correct region while downloading)
    Windows 7 DigitalRiver links
Burn it to a DVD. or Make USB Bootable drive. usb-windows-7-installation-key-drive-create.html

Boot the Disc or USB drive, Perform 3 or more startup repair. If it dont pay off.
Select Install, Delete all partitions and Clean install Windows Clean Install Windows 7

Everything that's needed is here to do a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Be sure to delete all partitions during the booted install, using the drive options shown in Steps 7 and 8 of Clean Install Windows 7
