I've never been not been able to install Win7 on a Win8 PC yet. It comes down to the BIOS settings for UEFI, CSM, Legacy BIOS or Legacy Boot. You already know you must disable Secure Boot, now make sure there is some level of CSM or Legacy enabled if required to install Win7, boot the installer as a Legacy Device. Use a disk so there's no chance you have a bad USB installer.
If there are questions about the settings then report back the settings choices, with pics if possible.
If you cannot get it installed to UEFI then what always works is to Bypass UEFI to Install WIn7 .
Likewise I've never not been able to find a driver needed for any Win7 install, whether from older or newer hardware. Most are supplied via Windows Updates after install. The few that aren't can be found on the device's Support Downloads webpage or ask back here.
