Windows 7 booting from SDcard -> BSOD 0x7b

    Hi,

    I try to boot a Windows 7 prof. x64 from a SDcard.
I use the program "WinToUSB". This works fine for an USB-Stick, but if I use a SDcard during booting I get a BSOD.

    DISK.sys
    0x0000007B
    0xfffff880009A9978
    0xffffffffc0000034

Have you some hints for me ?

    Thanks in advance

    Why boot from SD_card?

Does that SDCARD-reader work out-of-the-box under win7, or do you have to install special drivers?

I have a small computer without SSD or HD, but a SD slot.
I don't need special driver for this slot. When I use a USB SDcard reader I have the same BSOD ...

If you don't have an SSD or HD where do you plan to install Win7? It cannot be installed onto the SD card or a USB device. How did you plan to install it anyway?
