Did you download the ISO from Technet or MSDN, or Torrent?

If you did not get it from MSDN or Technet, you must purchase a DVD from somewhere.

You must burn the ISO to a CD using an image burner.

I suggest this tool: Burn Disc Image - ISO or IMG file

And i'd suggest a speed of about 4X as it sounds like many i've tried to install at too fast a speed :)
