    Need instructions on how to factory restore my desktop


    My computer has not been letting me open any downloaded apps such as minecraft and skype and is giving me a disk 1/0 error so I got a windows disk for windows 7 which is what I have now. All I need now is the instructions on how to completely wipe my whole computer in hopes of getting rid of the problem and starting fresh. Please help!

    If you're going to do a clean install then since it's a factory OEM PC you'd do a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

    Read the Special Note for Dell Owners at the end about which partitions to keep.
