I have never seen such a thing when installing Windows 7.
Where and how did you get this copy of Windows 7 Ultimate?

Anything that has to do with Orbit is a scam.
You need to buy a legal copy of Windows 7.
If you need help after buying a legal copy of Windows 7 we are here to help.

First check you computer for a Microsoft COA sticker. It will state what operating system the computer came with and a 25 digit/letter Certificate of Authenticity.

With that COA you have the right to install and use that Windows 7 on that computer. It is already paid for.

To add, that looks to me like a System Builder version [might be wrong there on the name] and it's asking for the OEM/Manufacturer's information which apparently you don't have. I've never seen it on an Unbranded OEM version. The only real difference is the OEM versions are supported by the OEM, not by Microsoft or at least not free by Microsoft. It's all in the licensing from Microsoft that helps keeping the cost of new computers down.
